Adela’s BROWSing Makeup was founded by Adela Touvell and she is a licensed Esthetician since 2015. She started this company in Boulder, Colorado after re-locating from Austin, Texas. Her husband received a job opportunity with Apple and that’s what took her from Texas to Colorado.

Adela specializes in brow shaping by tweezing and natural makeup. She trained under master brow and makeup artist Karen Powanda Helton for 3 years at her studio KissN’Makeup in Austin. There she refined her brow shaping and makeup skills. At KissN’Makeup the standard for brows and makeup is held to a high caliber. Adela worked closely with Austin’s NBC News team KXAN during her time at KissN’Makeup and has experience with tv/film makeup.

Adela is the first to introduce this elite technique of brow tweezing to Boulder. She still travels back to Austin to see clients because the demand for this technique is high and there are only a select few artists that trained under Karen.
